  • 4 burger buns
  • Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, etc.)


Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even cooking of the burgers.
  2. Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, mixing gently to evenly distribute the seasonings without overworking the meat.
  3. Form Patties: Shape the meat into 4 equal-sized patties, making them slightly larger than your burger buns since they will shrink while cooking.
  4. Arrange Patties in Air Fryer: Place the patties in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping for proper air circulation.
  5. Cook the Patties: Air fry the burgers for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time for even browning, until their internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) indicating they are safely cooked.
