- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For Serving:
- 4–6 warm pita breads
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup chopped romaine or shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Combine olive oil, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, vinegar, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken, coat well, and marinate for 1-8 hours.
- Cook the Chicken: Grill or cook marinated chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice thinly.
- Assemble Gyros: Warm pita breads and layer with lettuce, tomato, red onion, sliced chicken, tzatziki, and feta. Serve with lemon.
