  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup beef broth or water

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and toss with sesame oil.
  2. Marinate the Beef: Combine sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch, then let it marinate.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: Whisk together all sauce ingredients and set aside.
