- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Prepare the Meatballs: In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Shape into meatballs.
