Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with olive oil spray.
- Mix the Meatloaf: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and ketchup. Mix gently until just combined—do not overmix.
- Form the Mini Meatloaves: Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Top each with a small spoonful of ketchup.
- Bake: Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest and Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
