  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 3/4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the pan)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine rice, soups, broth, sour cream, spices, and half of the cheese. Add chicken and mix well.
  3. Layer in Baking Dish: Pour mixture into the prepared dish, cover with foil, and bake for 55–60 minutes.
  4. Add Cheese: Uncover, top with remaining cheese, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve: Rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
