Description

These Breakfast Rolls are a delightful combination of fluffy scrambled eggs, savory breakfast sausage or ham, and gooey cheddar cheese, all wrapped up in golden crescent roll dough. Perfect for a quick and delicious morning meal!

1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count),

Scrambled Eggs:

4 large eggs, 2 tablespoons milk, salt, and pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon butter,

Filling:

1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage crumbles or diced ham, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional),

For Topping:

melted butter for brushing, everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Eggs: In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook the eggs in butter until softly scrambled.
  3. Assemble Rolls: Unroll crescent dough and place egg mixture, sausage or ham, cheese, and green onions on each triangle. Roll up and arrange on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake: Brush rolls with butter, sprinkle with seasoning, and bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
