For the Alfredo Sauce:

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

For the Pasta:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 ounces fettuccine or linguine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package directions. Add broccoli in the last 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Shrimp: In a skillet, cook shrimp in olive oil until pink. Remove and set aside.

- Combine and Serve: Add shrimp, pasta, and broccoli to the sauce. Toss to coat. Serve garnished with parsley.
