Description

These Bundt Pan Nachos are a fun twist on traditional nachos, perfect for parties or a casual dinner. Layered with tortilla chips, seasoned meat, beans, cheese, and all your favorite toppings, these baked nachos are sure to be a hit!

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 bag (10 oz) tortilla chips
  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Additional:

  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the meat: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Drain any excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  3. Assemble the nachos: Layer the bundt pan with tortilla chips, beef mixture, black beans, cheeses, jalapeños, tomatoes, olives, and green onions. Repeat layers, pressing gently as you go.
  4. Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted. Let sit for 5 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter.
  5. Serve: Top with additional toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or cilantro if desired.

Notes

  • This recipe works best with sturdy chips to hold up to layering and flipping.
  • You can make it vegetarian by omitting the meat and adding more beans or sautéed veggies.
