For the Cajun Cream Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- pinch of salt (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions
- Melt Butter: In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Sauté Garlic: Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add Cream & Simmer: Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.
- Season & Thicken: Add Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Simmer for 3–4 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Stir in Parmesan: Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.
- Finish & Serve: Add lemon juice if desired. Remove from heat and serve over preferred dish. Garnish with parsley.
