For the topping:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the pan: Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. Make the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until sandy. Press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla. Pour over crust.
