- ½ cup chopped scallions (green onions)
- ¾ cup cold buttermilk
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and garlic powder. Add shredded cheddar and scallions.
- Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix buttermilk and melted butter. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
