			Dough:
- 1 ball (about 12 oz) pizza dough
 
Toppings:
- 1/2 pound ground beef
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/4 cup ketchup
 - 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1/4 cup diced red onion
 - 1/4 cup dill pickle slices
 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
 - shredded lettuce for topping (optional)
 - sesame seeds for crust (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone in the oven if using.
 - Prepare the crust: Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza peel. Optionally, brush crust edges with water and sprinkle sesame seeds.
 - Cook the ground beef: Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease and set aside.
 - Make the sauce: Mix ketchup and mustard in a small bowl. Spread the sauce on the pizza dough.
 - Add toppings: Layer half of the cheeses, cooked ground beef, red onions, and remaining cheese on the pizza dough.
 - Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
 - Finish and serve: Top with tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce if desired. Slice and serve hot.
 
Notes
- For a bacon cheeseburger twist, add cooked bacon before baking.
 - Drizzle with burger sauce or add jalapeños for extra flavor.
