- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
- 2 cups frozen shoestring fries or homemade fries

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions (typically 20–25 minutes), flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Prepare the Beef Filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 3 minutes until softened. Stir in the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat, then stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Assemble the Burritos: Warm the tortillas in the microwave or a skillet. Place a scoop of beef mixture in the center of each tortilla, top with shredded cheese and a handful of hot fries, then roll tightly into a burrito.
- Serve: Serve immediately with extra fries on the side.
