Llasagna noodles:

  • 9 lasagna noodles (uncooked)

Alfredo Sauce:

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Filling:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (for topping)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare noodles: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Make the Alfredo sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Whisk in flour, then slowly whisk in milk and cream until smooth. Simmer until thickened, about 3–4 minutes. Stir in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  3. Assemble the lasagna: In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer noodles, chicken, Alfredo sauce, cheeses, and ricotta. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles, sauce, and mozzarella. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  4. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let rest before serving. Garnish with parsley.
