Instructions

- Cook the Eggs: Heat 1 teaspoon of butter or oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble gently, stirring occasionally until the eggs are just cooked through but still moist. Then remove the skillet from heat to prevent overcooking.
