Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan. Mix melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Pour into pan.
- Add Strawberries: Gently press halved strawberries on top of the batter.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool.
- Dip Brownies: Melt chocolate and oil, dip brownie bottoms, and chill to set.
