			Salmon Fillets:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin removed
 
Seafood Stuffing:
- 4 oz lump crab meat
 - 4 oz cooked shrimp, chopped
 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
 - 1 green onion, finely chopped
 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
 - Salt and black pepper to taste
 
Topping:
- 2 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs (optional)
 - 1 tablespoon melted butter
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
 - Prepare the stuffing: Mix crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onion, lemon juice, seasonings.
 - Stuff the salmon: Slice a pocket into each salmon fillet and stuff with the seafood mixture.
 - Add topping: Optionally, top with panko breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter.
 - Bake: Place in the baking dish and bake for 18–22 minutes until cooked through.
 - Broil: Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden topping.
