Seafood Stuffing:

  • 4 oz lump crab meat
  • 4 oz cooked shrimp, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Topping:

  • 2 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Prepare the stuffing: Mix crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onion, lemon juice, seasonings.
  3. Stuff the salmon: Slice a pocket into each salmon fillet and stuff with the seafood mixture.
