- ¾ cup heavy cream

- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Blanch the Broccoli: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 2–3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.
- Combine and Cook: Add the blanched broccoli and butter to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Cook until tender and well coated, stirring occasionally.
