  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced)

For the Biscuit Crust:

  • 1 cup biscuit mix (such as Bisquick)
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Heat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook the Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
  3. Prepare the Biscuit Crust: Mix biscuit mix and water to form a dough. Press into a greased baking dish.
