- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Sauce:
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the chicken: Season chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
