			Main Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 small yellow onion, diced
 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
 - 1 (12-ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
 
Sauce:
- 1 cup heavy cream
 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
 - ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
 - ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
 
Garnish:
- Chopped fresh basil or parsley
 
Instructions
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté onions until softened, then add garlic.
 - Add Red Peppers: Cook chopped red peppers briefly in the skillet.
 - Blend: Transfer mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
 - Finish Sauce: Return mixture to skillet, add cream, cheeses, and seasonings. Whisk until creamy.
 - Serve: Simmer sauce until slightly thickened. Serve hot over pasta or desired dish, garnishing with herbs.
