			Potatoes:
- 4 medium russet potatoes
 
Seasoning:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
 
Garnish (optional):
- Chopped fresh parsley
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F.
 - Prepare the potatoes: Scrub the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry. Use a fork to poke holes in each potato.
 - Season the potatoes: Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
 - Bake: Place the potatoes on the oven rack or a baking sheet and bake for 45–60 minutes until crisp on the outside and tender inside.
 - Serve: Remove from the oven, let cool, slice open, fluff the insides, and garnish with parsley if desired.
 
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, bake the potatoes directly on the oven rack without foil.
