Description

  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes (peeled and cut into 1½-inch chunks)

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  2. Parboil the potatoes: Boil the potato chunks in salted water until fork-tender, then drain and steam dry.
