Salmon Marinade:

- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Coating and Cooking:
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for pan-frying)
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the Salmon: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Add salmon cubes, toss to coat, and marinate in the fridge for 15–30 minutes.
- Coat the Salmon: Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated salmon and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Pan-Fry the Salmon: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon cubes in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy and cooked through.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with rice, noodles, or a salad.
Notes
- For an air fryer version, cook at 400°F (200°C) for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
