			Steak and Potatoes:
- 1 ½ pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
 - 1 ½ pounds baby red or gold potatoes, quartered
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
 
Additional Toppings:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
 - ¼ cup sour cream
 - ¼ cup chopped green onions
 - nonstick cooking spray
 
Instructions
- Prep Ingredients: Toss steak and potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
 - Layer in Crockpot: Transfer mixture to crockpot and spread evenly.
 - Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.
 - Add Toppings: In the last 15 minutes, add cheese and bacon, then cover to melt.
 - Serve: Top with sour cream and green onions before serving.
