Instructions
- Main Salad: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, green and red cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
- For the dressing: In a separate small bowl or jar, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, lime juice, ginger, garlic, and olive oil until fully emulsified.
