			Dragonfruit Agua Fresca:
- 2 cups dragonfruit (pitaya) flesh, fresh or frozen
 - 4 cups cold water
 - 2–3 tbsp honey, agave syrup, or sugar (adjust to taste)
 - Juice of 1 lime
 - Ice cubes for serving
 
Optional Garnish:
- Lime slices
 - Mint leaves
 
Instructions
- Scoop Dragonfruit: Scoop dragonfruit flesh into a blender.
 - Blend Ingredients: Add cold water, sweetener, and lime juice. Blend until completely smooth.
 - Adjust Sweetness: Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
 - Strain (Optional): For a smoother drink, strain through a fine mesh sieve.
 - Serve: Pour over ice in glasses and garnish with lime slices or mint leaves. Serve chilled.
 
Notes
- Both pink and white dragonfruit work, but pink will yield the most vibrant color.
 - This drink is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
 - For a sparkling version, replace half the water with chilled club soda just before serving.
