Instructions
- Preheat the oven. Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or lining with paper muffin liners to prevent sticking.
- Combine main ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the mashed potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, beaten eggs, and chopped green onions until evenly distributed.
- Add dry ingredients. Incorporate the flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper into the potato mixture and mix thoroughly to combine all the flavors evenly.
