 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

 - flaky sea salt for topping
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
 - Melt the Ingredients: In a saucepan over low heat, melt together chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring until smooth.
 - Flavor and Set: Remove from heat, mix in vanilla and salt, add nuts if desired, then spread the mixture in the pan and chill.
