Broth and Potatoes:
- 4 cups beef broth
 - 2 cups diced potatoes (peeled)
 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
 
Garnish:

Instructions
- Prepare the Meat and Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large pot, cook the ground beef or lamb until browned. Add onion, garlic, and carrots, cook until softened.
 - Season the Soup: Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook briefly to enhance flavors.
