Ground Beef Mixture:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Soup Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup beef broth or water


Instructions

  1. Cook Ground Beef Mixture: In a large pot, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add Soup Ingredients: Mix in black beans, kidney beans, corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and broth. Simmer for 20–25 minutes.
  3. Adjust Seasoning and Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot with desired toppings.
