- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Soup Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup beef broth or water
Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef Mixture: In a large pot, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add Soup Ingredients: Mix in black beans, kidney beans, corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and broth. Simmer for 20–25 minutes.
- Adjust Seasoning and Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot with desired toppings.
