Description

Indulge in a delightful treat with this Easy White Chocolate Brownie Pizza. A decadent brownie base topped with a creamy white chocolate layer and a colorful array of fresh fruits, this dessert pizza is perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

Brownie Base:

  • 1 box (18–20 ounces) brownie mix plus ingredients listed on the package (eggs, oil, water)

White Chocolate Layer:

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Toppings:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup shaved white chocolate for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie base: Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions. Spread the batter into a greased 12-inch pizza pan or a round baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with only a few moist crumbs.
  3. Add white chocolate layer: Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly over the hot brownie. Let stand for 5 minutes, then gently spread the melted white chocolate into a smooth layer. Allow the brownie base to cool completely.
  4. Make the cream cheese topping: In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the cooled brownie base.
  5. Add toppings: Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Garnish with shaved white chocolate.
  6. Chill and serve: Chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing into wedges and serving.

Notes

  • You can use any combination of fruits such as kiwi, mango, or blackberries.
  • For a shortcut, substitute premade brownie rounds.
