Brownie Base:
- 1 box (18–20 ounces) brownie mix plus ingredients listed on the package (eggs, oil, water)
White Chocolate Layer:
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
Toppings:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup shaved white chocolate for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the brownie base: Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions. Spread the batter into a greased 12-inch pizza pan or a round baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with only a few moist crumbs.
- Add white chocolate layer: Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly over the hot brownie. Let stand for 5 minutes, then gently spread the melted white chocolate into a smooth layer. Allow the brownie base to cool completely.
- Make the cream cheese topping: In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the cooled brownie base.
- Add toppings: Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Garnish with shaved white chocolate.
- Chill and serve: Chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing into wedges and serving.
