- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Caramelize Onions: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add onions, salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook for 25-30 minutes until caramelized.
- Prepare Dip Base: Mix Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Combine Ingredients: Fold in cooled caramelized onions. Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
