Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a muffin tin with liners or by greasing lightly.
- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk eggs, yogurt (or sour cream), oil, and vanilla until smooth. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently.
- Add Strawberries: Fold in chopped strawberries. Spoon batter into muffin cups.
- Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
