			For the Dish:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
 - 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 1 small onion, chopped
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
 - 6 cups green cabbage, cored and chopped
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
 - Salt and black pepper to taste
 - Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)
 
Instructions
- Heat the Olive Oil: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
 - Cook Sausage: Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
 - Cook Shrimp: In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside with the sausage.
 - Sauté Vegetables: Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
 - Add Cabbage and Season: Add the chopped cabbage and season with paprika, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10-12 minutes until tender and slightly browned.
 - Combine and Garnish: Return the shrimp and sausage to the skillet, stir to combine, and cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through. Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired. Serve hot.
