Instructions

  1. Heat the Olive Oil: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  3. Cook Shrimp: In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside with the sausage.
  4. Sauté Vegetables: Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add Cabbage and Season: Add the chopped cabbage and season with paprika, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10-12 minutes until tender and slightly browned.
  6. Combine and Garnish: Return the shrimp and sausage to the skillet, stir to combine, and cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through. Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired. Serve hot.
