Main Ingredients:
- 2 cups ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 1 1/2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 3–4 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine mango, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lime juice, and vanilla extract if using. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust Sweetness: Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Fill Molds: Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds. Tap molds gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
- Freeze: Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully solid.
- Unmold and Serve: To unmold, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the pops. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
Notes
- For a layered effect, blend half the mango separately and spoon in alternating layers with yogurt mixture before freezing.
- Coconut milk can replace yogurt for a dairy-free version.
