Ingredients

Yogurt:
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt sweetened to taste)
Granola:
- 1 cup granola
Fresh Strawberries:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Blueberries:
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Mango or Peaches:
- 1 cup diced mango or peaches
Honey (optional):
- 1 tablespoon honey
Optional Garnish:
- Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Layer Yogurt: In 4 small glasses or jars, layer about 1/4 cup yogurt into the bottom of each.
- Add Granola: Top with a layer of granola.
- Layer Fruits: Add a mix of fresh fruit.
- Repeat Layers: Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, finishing with a spoonful of fruit on top.
- Drizzle with Honey: Drizzle with honey if desired.
- Garnish: Garnish with a sprig of mint.
- Serve: Serve immediately for a crunchy parfait, or cover and chill for up to 2 hours for a softer texture.
Notes
- Use any combination of berries and fruit you have on hand—kiwi, pineapple, or raspberries work great.
- For dairy-free, use plant-based yogurt and granola.
