Instructions

 - Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
 - Assemble the Skewers: Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden or metal skewers, distributing them evenly to ensure even cooking.
 - Grill the Chicken: Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
 - Add Parmesan Cheese: In the last minute of grilling, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken skewers. Allow the cheese to melt slightly on the hot skewers.
 - Serve and Garnish: Remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for a burst of color and freshness before serving.
