- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Seasonings:
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Additional:
- 1–2 tablespoons water or milk (to thin, as needed)
Instructions
- Prepare the Dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Add Seasonings: Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Combine well.
- Adjust Consistency: If too thick, stir in water or milk until desired thickness is reached.
- Chill and Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.

- This dressing can be refrigerated for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
- For a fresh twist, consider using chopped fresh herbs instead of dried.
