Kale Juice:

Green Apple Juice:

Cucumber Juice:

  • 1 cucumber (peeled if waxed)

Celery Juice:

  • 2 celery stalks

Lemon Juice:

  • 1/2 lemon (peeled)

Ginger Juice:

  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger (peeled)

Parsley Juice:

  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley

Liquid:

  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water

Optional:

  • ice


Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients: Add the kale, green apple, cucumber, celery, lemon, ginger, and parsley to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend: Pour in the cold water or coconut water and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain (Optional): For a thinner juice, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a glass.
