Marinated Beef:
- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
Wraps:
- 2 cups small broccoli florets, blanched or steamed
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- cooking spray or oil for grilling
Instructions
- Marinate Beef: Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Add beef, marinate for 20 minutes.
- Grill Beef: Grill marinated beef slices for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked through and charred.
- Prepare Wraps: Steam broccoli, warm tortillas. Layer beef, broccoli, carrots, green onions, sesame seeds on tortillas. Roll tightly.
- Optional: Grill assembled wraps for 1–2 minutes per side.
- Serve: Slice wraps, serve warm with extra sauce if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute beef with chicken or tofu.
- Add rice or quinoa for a heartier wrap.
- For extra flavor, drizzle with sriracha or spicy mayo.
