- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1–2 tablespoons water (to thin)

Instructions
- Preheat the grill: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
