For the Chicken Wings:
- 2 pounds chicken wings (split at joints, tips removed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
For the Corn:
- 4 ears fresh corn (husks removed)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- Prepare the Chicken Wings: Toss the chicken wings with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder in a bowl.
- Grill the Wings: Grill the wings for 20–25 minutes, turning every 5–7 minutes, until cooked through.
- Prepare the Corn: Brush the corn with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill for 10–12 minutes.
- Finish and Serve: Drizzle lime juice over the wings and corn. Optionally brush corn with melted butter, sprinkle with cilantro, and serve.
