Instructions
- Cook the Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, brown the ground beef, and drain any excess fat.
- Add Garlic and Broccoli: Sauté minced garlic, add broccoli, and cook until tender-crisp.
- Make the Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and water. Pour over beef and broccoli.
