			Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1 pound ground beef
 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
 - 1 cup beef broth
 
Sauce and Garnish:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
 - 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
 - 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
 
Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
 - Add Seasonings: Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add flour and mix well.
 - Make Sauce: Pour in Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Simmer until slightly thickened.
 - Finish Dish: Reduce heat, add sour cream and Dijon mustard. Simmer until creamy. Serve over rice, garnish with parsley.
