- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Stuffing: In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. Cook mushrooms and onion until softened. Add garlic, spinach, cheeses, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
