Seasoning:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Additional:

  • ½ cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Seasoning: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  3. Season Turkey: Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey tenderloins.
  4. Roast Turkey: Place the tenderloins in a roasting pan, pour chicken broth into the pan, and roast for 25–30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Rest and Serve: Remove from the oven, tent with foil, let rest for 5–10 minutes, then slice and serve warm with pan juices drizzled over the top.
