- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (optional, for bottom layer)
- 1/2 cup fresh berries (for topping)

Instructions
- Cheesecake Filling: In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Beat until light and creamy.
- Assembly: Optionally, add crushed graham crackers to jars. Divide cheesecake filling among jars. Chill for 1 hour. Top with berries and mint before serving.
