Dough:

- 1/4 cup plain yogurt (whole or Greek)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 1/4 cup warm milk
For cooking:
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or ghee

Instructions
- Activate the yeast: In a small bowl, combine the yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Mix the dough: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Add the yogurt, olive oil, milk, and the activated yeast mixture. Stir until a soft dough forms.
- Knead and rise: Turn the dough onto a floured surface, knead for 6–8 minutes until smooth. Let rise covered for 1 hour.
- Shape and cook: Divide dough, roll into ovals, cook in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes per side.
- Finish: Brush with butter, add garlic or herbs if desired. Serve warm.
